Purpose of data processing

Personal data provided voluntarily via forms or other contact methods will be processed for the purpose of managing and responding to the enquiry made, as well as to improve the functioning of the website and tailor the user experience in services such as the medical chatbot.

Under no circumstances will personal data be used to create automated profiles or to send commercial communications without your prior and express consent.

In the case of the medical chatbot, you are strongly advised not to share personal, identifying or sensitive medical information. Any data or conversation entered into the chatbot will be processed in accordance with the strictest security and protection standards; however, please be aware that there is an inherent risk in exchanging information via digital means and that medical information is considered ‘specially protected’ under the GDPR, so extreme caution must be exercised.

• Other information provided voluntarily by the user, including messages entered into the chatbot

Usage and browsing logs (IP address, time of access, source of the visit, statistics on pages viewed) are collected anonymously solely for statistical purposes and to improve the service, without any link to personal identity. 

Legal basis for processing

The legal basis for processing the data is:

• The user’s express consent when completing the forms or interacting with the chatbot.

Retention period

The data collected will be retained for as long as necessary to process the request or until the data subject requests its erasure, and for a period sufficient to address any potential legal liabilities arising from its processing. Anonymous data for statistical purposes may be retained indefinitely. 

Recipients and international data transfers

Personal data will not be disclosed to third parties unless required by law. The company does not carry out international data transfers outside the European Economic Area, unless this is necessary for the provision of the service and compliance with the security measures required by data protection regulations is guaranteed.
